Sora's preview weekend draws 3,000 visitors to sales gallery
The opening weekend (June 22-23) of Sora's sales gallery on Prinsep Street drew 3,000 visitors by 5pm this evening. Developed by a SingHaiyi-led consortium that includes KSH Holdings and Ho Lee Group, the 440-unit private condo is on Yuan Ching Road in Jurong East. The project has a 300m frontage of Jurong Lake Gardens.
Scheduled for launch on July 6, prices at Sora start from $1,850 psf, or just under $1 million for a one-bedroom-plus-study unit. The 99-year leasehold condo has a wide range of units, from one-bedroom-plus-study of 538 sq ft to 1,938 sq ft, five-bedroom.
"The turnout was very encouraging," commented Raymond Chia, group CEO of SingHaiyi. Chia adds that many of the visitors were attracted by the Sky 360 rooftop terraces that offer "unimpeded views" of Jurong Lake Gardens.
