JustCo launches luxury co-working brand The Collective, debuts in Tokyo
Homegrown co-working operator JustCo has launched a luxury co-working brand which it is calling ‘The Collective’. The inaugural luxury co-working space by JustCo is located on the 9th floor of GranTokyo South Tower, and the space spans 24,000 sq ft.
GranTokyo South Tower is one of the tallest office buildings in Japan. It has direct access to Tokyo Station, which connects to Narita and Haneda airports, and other major cities.
This new luxury co-working brand is owned and operated by JustCo, and it adds to its global portfolio of workspaces across six markets and over 40 locations in Asia Pacific.

The Collective at GranTokyo South Tower is ideal for small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups. It offers a selection of private offices (both private and enterprise suites), as well as meeting and event rooms.
Its private suites come with 24/7 secured access and advanced soundproofing features. Larger enterprise suites also provide tailored workspace design and furniture solutions, with luxury fittings and exclusive entrance features.
All members of The Collective have access to state-of-the-art facilities, from on-demand meeting rooms integrated with the latest in video conferencing technology, to workspaces equipped with award-winning Benel adjustable desks and ergonomic Herman Miller Aeron Chairs.
