Frasers Hospitality launches its first hotel residence in Northern Vietnam
Frasers Hospitality, a unit of Frasers Property, has announced the opening of Modena by Fraser Vinh Yen, its first hotel residence in the Vinh Phuc province of Northern Vietnam, in an announcement dated Nov 5.
Vinh Yen is a 50-minute drive from Hanoi and is home to cultural and historical sites.
Modena by Fraser Vinh Yen features 88 fully furnished serviced apartments comprised of studios and one- to three-bedroom units.
The residence has an all-day dining restaurant, Beta@Modena cinema, an outdoor pool, sauna rooms and a 24-hour gym.

Eu Chin Fen, CEO of Frasers Hospitality, notes that “as we continue to drive growth in Vietnam, we are excited to introduce the distinctive experience of the Modena by Fraser brand to Vinh Yen.”
“The launch of our third brand in Vietnam complements our existing portfolio in Hanoi to provide enriched living experiences for today’s travellers,” she adds.
As at 1.50pm, units in Frasers Property are trading 4 cents lower of 4.17% down at 92 cents.
