Knight Frank appoints Craig Shute as CEO of Asia Pacific
Global property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Craig Shute as CEO of Asia Pacific (Apac) effective April 1, 2025. He will take over the position from Kevin Coppel, who is retiring next March.
Shute is currently CEO of Knight Frank’s Greater China business and has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry having held senior leadership roles in Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR and the United States.
Prior to joining the consultancy, he served as managing director of JLL in Australia and had previously led CBRE’s operations in Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan.

Beardmore-Gray adds that Shute’s appointment is a sign of Knight Frank’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the region. The company employs 11,000 people in 300 offices across 16 markets within the Apac region.
