LHN’s Coliwoo to launch two new co-living properties in River Valley
Coliwoo, a co-living subsidiary of real estate management services group LHN, will launch two new properties in the River Valley area over the next two months.
Coliwoo River Valley 268 and Coliwoo River Valley 288 will increase the co-living operator’s footprint in the River Valley area to three properties with 85 keys in total, following the opening of its first property in the area, Coliwoo River Valley 298, last June.
The two new properties' average room rates range from $3,000 to $7,200, with the highest pricing seen for the three-bedroom suite at Coliwoo River Valley 268.

Coliwoo River Valley 268 features rooms measuring 180 to 300 sq ft. About 70% of the rooms have queen-sized beds, and the remainder are single-sized bed apartments. There are six 3-bedroom units.
The interior design of this co-living property is inspired by New York City’s loft-style apartments. Each unit at Coliwoo River Valley 268 features a loft design for short- and long-term stays. All units are en suite and come fitted with a kitchenette and washer-dryer.
Coliwoo River Valley 268 will open its doors to residents on Aug 15. The operator is holding an open house on Aug 3 to celebrate the launch.

Meanwhile, Coliwoo River Valley 288 will be launched by the end of September. The contemporary co-living property features herringbone wooden floors and a sophisticated black-and-white aesthetic. About 80% of the en suite units have queen-sized beds, while the remainder are single-sized beds. Each room has a kitchenette, washer-dryer, and workstation.
The new properties are available on short-term leases starting from six nights.

“We’ve identified the River Valley neighbourhood as a growth opportunity and are excited to welcome more members to the new properties,” says Kelvin Lim, group managing director of KHN Group and founder of Coliwoo.
He adds that since the co-living operator launched Coliwoo River Valley 298, there has been a noticeable uptick in demand for flexible and temporary accommodation options within the city-fringe area.
