Completed in 2016, the two-storey bungalow has a built-up area of 10,000 sq ft across seven bedrooms and six en suite bathrooms. While it sits in the Holland Park Good Class Bungalow area, the property is not considered a GCB as it does not meet the required minimum land plot size of 15,000 sq ft.

Chang Architects designed the bungalow’s biophilic design, which clinched the MUSE Design Gold Award in 2020 for best architectural design for a residential property. The house has sustainability features, such as a solar panel system, rainwater harvesting and an automated irrigation system. Its garage, which can accommodate eight cars, has two electric car charging stations.
EdgeProp Singapore previously reported that the house was put on the market for $26 million, or $3,404 psf, in 2022. List Sotheby’s International Realty marketed the property at the time.
