JLL appoints Jolyon Thomson as Executive Director of Logistics and Industrial in Singapore
JLL has appointed Jolyon Thomson as executive director of its logistics and industrial team in Singapore. He will work with JLL Singapore’s markets advisory team to engage local investors and occupiers.
Based in Singapore, he reports to Chris Archibold, JLL’s country head for the city-state.
Thomson was previously the head of logistics and industrial for JLL in New Zealand. Over his four-year tenure there, Thomson more than tripled JLL’s business in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
Prior to that, Thomson was a director at Colliers International in New Zealand, specialising in industrial sales and leasing.

“We are seeing an increasing need from our clients across the logistics and industrial sector which has grown in scale post-pandemic due to e-commerce and supply chain trends,” says Archibold.
He adds that the addition of Thomson to the Singapore logistics and industrial team will allow JLL to strengthen its service offerings to both investor and occupier clients.
